Stopped by to pick up food with family. Her plate had turkey necks, rice and gravy, yams, and corn. My mom got a stuffed bell pepper, Mac and cheese, peas, and yams. Large portions for $12-14. Hot food was located in back of the convenience store which has all of the drinks and snacks you could want. This store and deli is a long standing part of the community. Large portions, good food with great prices.

If you are looking for some soul food and don't want to pay high prices, this is the place for you! The food is not the greatest, but it can pass. The staff can be a bit abrasive at times, but it's usually because they are usually busy. Parking can be difficult, but off-street parking is possible. I ordered the fried fish, mac and cheese, and peas! They are very heavy-handed on the servings, so order what you will eat!

This place has everything. Gas, hot food, and phone service. They only need more parking. Before moving here, we came here one night after and event and the food was everything. Today I passed by and got a hot meal for lunch before a meeting. I do find that the cost was higher than similar places. Nevertheless, I had to do a review, this is going to be a nice spot to go to for a hot meal every once in while.

Baby this lil hidden gem inside the gas station is a must go to. The food was great, hot and fresh. Gumbo, white beans, poboys, friend fish, Mac n cheese and more. They had it all and the line never stop flowing. Can’t wait to visit Nola again. This will be stop #1
